Our Core Cardio is intense, challenging and designed to give you a great workout. We’ll build strength and flexibility, while reducing stiffness before your next run or heavy lifting activity. Dynamic stretching works by flexing one group of muscles to stretch the opposite group. Donkey kicks,Dirty dogs,Bear crawl,Arm haulers,Reverse push-ups,Birds,Side plank pose, Plank pose, Swimmers, Hip rollers, , Side bends, Crunches, Reverse crunches, Left crunches, Right crunches, Long mile Thread mill run and more.
